Why get a tattoo when you can wear the symbol

From the endless choices of Amazigh representations, Taziri's first Amazigh jewellery collection introduces you to some of the most iconic symbols (Izumal). If you're from North Africa, or familiar with our culture, you undoubtedly have come across the the Yaz (ⵣ) and Fibula symbol. Beyond its original role as a letter in the Tifinagh alphabet, it has evolved over time to become the foremost symbol representing the free Imazighen (Amazigh people).
As prevalent as the Yaz, the Fibula, known as Tazerzit, Tabzimt, or Khlela, is a widely embraced accessory. Worn with traditional clothing, this brooch takes various forms across North Africa. The triangular shaped one that we chose to reproduce in our Jewellery represents womanhood and fertility.
The diamond shape is commonly seen in tapestry and tattoo patterns. It represents the union of opposites, and what screams more union than a "diamond" ring!
The frog shape is associated with fertility and magic. Appearing in tapestry designs, as well as arm and wrist tattoos, Taziri gives you the chance to wear your Amazigh tattoo symbol as a gorgeous bracelet.
