  8. Attachments of photos showing the defect 

Our team will be in touch with you within the next 1-2 business days for the next steps. Once approved you will receive a replacement of the piece.  

Kindly be aware that the warranty does not extend to cover lost items, scratches resulting from regular wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any alterations made by a third party not affiliated with Taziri.
